Reverse provisional credit

transactionUuid (string) — The transaction to debit.
amount.amountInCents (number) — Amount still to reverse, in minor units.
amount.currency (string) — ISO 4217 code.

Sent when a transaction closes denied or cancelled and a provisional credit is still outstanding. The amount is what was credited, less anything the merchant already refunded. The entry clears once the reversal is recorded.
