Language

The optional Accept-Language header picks the language for member-facing text: reason names, questionnaire text, and status messages. Supported languages are en and es. Anything else — or no header — falls back to en instead of erroring, so you can forward the browser's Accept-Language value as-is. Single codes (es) and weighted lists (es-MX,es;q=0.9) both work.
