dtoDisputableTransaction
DisputableTransaction is a customer transaction annotated with whether it can currently be disputed. It is returned by the "List Disputable Transactions" endpoint.

Last4 card_last4 is the last 4 digits of the card used, when the transaction is card-based and a card record is available. Empty otherwise (e.g. ACH).

rail is the transaction's full TransactionType, not a grouping. Use it to tell rails apart: transactions on different rails cannot be disputed together.
